The unique Corrency project in Prague 1 helped boost the purchasing power of local residents and increase footfall at the Nonstop Pharmacy at Na Františku Hospital and the Palackého Pharmacy.
Thanks to the town hall, citizens were able to take advantage of subsidies to support local businesses and save up to 70% when purchasing goods or services. The project ran from February 2025 to September 2025.
“The project was very beneficial. It should definitely be repeated. And not just for pharmacies. I also see support for children's activities.”
“It's great that you're trying to improve the lives of people who live in Prague 1, where there are lots of tourists.”
"By joining the Corrency system, we want to increase the competitiveness of local pharmacies. These are small businesses that do not have nearly the same opportunities as pharmacy chains. In addition, we want to provide relief primarily to socially disadvantaged people, for whom the purchase of medicines and medical supplies can be a significant item in their budget. At the beginning of the campaign, we are primarily targeting senior citizens, but in the next phase, every citizen of our district will be able to use Corrency."
